At Hawaii Information Consortium (HIC), we bring government services to the people. We do this by partnering with over 95% of all government agencies in Hawaii, who work with us to bring services online for the citizens of Hawaii.

Our focus is to build, manage, and maintain electronic government solutions as well as the State portal and official website for the State of Hawaii, portal.ehawaii.gov. Our goal is to make interacting with the government easier for the public by bringing services online — most of which are completed at no cost to the State of Hawaii or its taxpayers — and improving government efficiency. Since the portal’s initial launch in 2000, HIC help partnering agencies deploy over 100 web-based applications and over 2.5 million citizens come to our portal site annually.
