At Hawaii Information Consortium (HIC), we bring government services to the people. We do this by partnering with over 95% of all government agencies in Hawaii, who work with us to bring services online for the citizens of Hawaii.<\/p>\n

Our focus is to build, manage, and maintain electronic government solutions as well as the State portal and official website for the State of Hawaii, portal.ehawaii.gov<\/a>. Our goal is to make interacting with the government easier for the public by bringing services online — most of which are completed at no cost to the State of Hawaii or its taxpayers — and improving government efficiency.
